Strike Circuit is a dynamic 10-round workout combining 5 strength rounds and 5 high-energy kickboxing rounds. This class is designed to elevate your strength, boost your conditioning, and make everyday movement feel easier and more powerful.
We’ll use a variety of equipment—including dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, cables, slam balls, and more—to challenge your muscles and build total-body strength. Every kickboxing round keeps your heart rate up while sharpening your technique on the bags.

MONDAY
Upper Body Strength
Build power in your arms, shoulders, back, and chest while refining punch technique.

WEDNESADAY
Lower Body Strength
Strengthen glutes, legs, and hips with targeted lifts and kick-focused rounds.

SUNDAY
Full Body Training
A balanced mix of upper, lower, core, and kickboxing rounds for total-body conditioning.

Strike Method is our straight-up kickboxing class, focused on sharpening your technique and improving your overall striking skills. You’ll work through a mix of bag rounds, pad-work, and core-strengthening exercises designed to build precision, power, and confidence.

In this class, we dive deeper into kickboxing fundamentals—footwork, form, defensive movement, and fluid combinations—so you can truly level up your technique. After a high-energy session on the bags and pads, we finish strong with a targeted core workout to round out your training.

 

Strike Fit 360: Strike Fit 360 is the signature class that launched our company—designed to deliver a full-body, well-rounded workout that hits every angle (literally 360°). We kick off with HIIT and strength training to build power and stability, then transition into sweat-dripping, heart-pounding kickboxing rounds.
Each 3-minute round features high-energy combos that boost cardio, improve coordination, and deliver major stress relief.

Duration: ~50 minutes
